10+ years of experience supporting working professionals, founders and couples through anxiety, stress, identity shifts and life transitions.

My style is warm, steady and grounded. I blend evidence-based approaches (CBT, ACT, attachment-based work) with trauma-informed care to create a space where you can breathe, pause and actually hear yourself think.

You don’t have to “fix everything” before asking for help. You simply need to show up as you are. We take it from there, together—one honest conversation at a time.

How We’ll Work Together

A calm, structured process—designed so you always know what’s happening and why.

1. Discovery Call (20 mins)

A brief call to understand what you’re looking for, clarify expectations and see if we’re a good fit. No pressure to commit.

2. Foundation Sessions

First 2–3 sessions focus on your story, current challenges, history and goals. We move slowly so you don’t feel overwhelmed.

3. Tailored Plan

Together we agree on a plan: frequency, focus areas and therapeutic approaches. You can ask questions at every step.

4. Ongoing Support

Regular sessions with tools, reflections and gentle challenges. The aim is not perfection, but sustainable, realistic change.

*If at any point another specialist would support you better, we’ll discuss referrals openly and transparently.
